A) Removing slack on feeding side of ribbon
(at paper input side of the printhead)
5. Open the printhead assembly all the way until it stops and
stands upright.
6. Loosen the knurled screw that holds the ribbon guide shaft
approximately one turn.
Please note: Do not remove the knurled screw, just loosen it a little.
