z Discharging a patient clears all history data in the monitor.
4.4 Switching between Wire and Wireless Networks
To switch between wire and wireless networks:
1. In the main menu, select [Maintenance >>] [User Maintenance >>].
2. Enter the required password.
3. In the user maintenance menu, select [Network Setup]
4. In the network setup menu, select the [Network Type] drop-down box and then toggle
between [Wire] and [Wireless].
NOTE
z If the [Network Type] option is grey, it indicates your monitor is not configured
with a wireless network card. You cannot switch to the wireless network.
4.5 Transferring Patient Data
You can transfer patient data between monitors with a CF storage card without re-entering the
patient demographic information. Transferring of patient data enables you to understand the
patient’s history condition. The patient data that can be transferred includes: patient
demographics, trend data, alarm events and parameters alarm limits.
To transfer the current patient data from the source monitor to the CF storage card:
1. In the main menu, select [Patient Setup >>].
2. Select [Transfer Patient Data]. Then select [Ok] in the popup menu to transfer patient
data and unload the CF storage card.
3. Remove the card after the message [CF Storage Card Unloaded Successfully]
displays.
To transfer the patient data from the CF storage card to the receiving monitor:
1. Insert the card into the receiving monitor.
