17. Trouble shooting
Please conrm the contents of the reference item when the following abnormal operation exists
while using CSD-892-73. Also, please contact with Minebea when there is no corresponding
item, and when that abnormal operation is not improved even if the countermeasures are
executed.
17-1. Basic chapter

Display is not light.
Is the power supply voltage in a permissible variable range
(DC20.4 V ~ DC27.6 V)?

Is the power supply cable correctly connected? 2-4.
The load display doesn't
indicate a normal value.
Is load cell cable correctly connected? 2-3.
Is the calibration executed?
When not executed, please proceed the calibration.

Is the bridge voltage normal?
Please me
asure the voltage between A-C after shortening
between A-F and A-C in the condition of not connecting with a
strain gage based transducer.
(Specication value : DC5 V ± 0.25 V)

Is the input from strain gage based transducer normal?
Please conrm the input from strain gage based transducer by
the monitoring mode

The display is not
steady.
Is the condition of the weight on the measurement section
s
teady?

Is the bridge voltage normal?
Please measure the voltage between A-C after shortening
between A-F and A-C in the condition of not connecting with a
strain gage based transducer.
(Specication value : DC5 V ± 0.25 V)

Please conrm the input from strain gage based transducer by
the monitoring mode
