11-3. 5 steps comparator mode
The result of comparing up to 5 points of setting value and the measurement value is output.
11-3-1. Setting of comparison value (COMP. setting mode)
The comparison value used in 5 steps comparator mode is set.
• Please execute after selecting the set value : [1] (5 steps comparator mode) by the
setting S function SF-01.
• Please do not change in the set value under the measurement because the A/D
sampling rate decreases temporarily while rewriting the set
• value.

Measurement mode
Select the digit to be changed.
Change the value of digit to be changed.
Memorize the displaying value, and proceed to the next
step.
Return to

when you change the setting of the others.

key after completing the memorize,

key again, you can return to the measurement
mode.

SET7, SET8 you want to change.
Please set the comparative value to execute comparison.
By pushing key, the changing contents are memorized,
and display the next number of the data.
