Calibration
4-2. Procedure of calibration
Please refer to [4-6. Details of calibration procedure] for the actual steps.
After turning on DC24V, CSD-892-73 is
energized for about 10 minutes to stabilize
CSD-892-73 and weighing section (load cell).
Switch from measuring mode to the calibration
mode.
The unit is set.
Select the unit from [kg],[t], [lb], [N], [kN], [Pa],
[kPa], [MPa], [OFF (no unit)] or [g].
Moreover,
only this item can be individually
changed with C-function: CF-05.
The decimal point display position is set.
Select the decimal point from [0] (Nothing), [0.0],
[0.00], [0.000] or [0.0000].
Moreover, only this item can be individually
changed with C-function: CF-01.
The scale interval is set.
The scale interval is the minimum unit of
measurement value.
Select from [1], [2], [5], [10], [20] or [50].

mple) When the setting is 2, the display

with 2 → 4 → 6….
The weighing capacity is set.
The weighing value is rated capacity that can be
measured.
The mass of weight used at the span calibration
is set. Please use the weight of 2/3 or more
of weighing capacity to reduce the calibration
error. Please input the same value as weighing
capacity when there is no weight.
