Confirmation of load cell output voltage (Monitor mode)
In the confirmation of the loading cell output voltage, the value in which the load on a present
load cell is converted into mV/V is displayed.
For instance, please execute the calibration by reading the load cell output of tare amount
and weighing capacity by using this function when you use the load cell for the output.
When the load disp
lay doesn't indicate a normal value and it doesn't stabilize, the cause
can be divided by the monitoring mode by confirming each item according to the following
procedures.
When the load display doesn't indicate a normal value
① Does the output value in the condition to connect a strain gage based transducer
exceed ± 3.1mV/V?
→ Yes… Please advance to ② .
→ No… Please calibrate again according
to the procedure of [4. Calibration
mode].
② Does the output value in the condition to be compulsorily short-circuited between
B-D of the upper terminal block exceeds ± 3.1mV/V?
→ Yes … Please inform the details to Minebea.
→ No… The breakdown and the disconnection of the strain gage based
transducer are thought.
When the load display is not steady
Is the output value in the
condition to be the short-circuited between A-F and
B-C-D-G of the upper terminal block after the strain gage based transducer had been
removed steady?
→ Yes… The influence from the noise source such as inverters is thought.
Please contact Minebea when the condition doesn't change even if
you reconfirm the wiring.
→ No… Please inform the details to Minebea.
At such time?
