All the segments light on when the stability is not detected at turning on the
power. By pushing [FUNC.] key in the condition of all lighting on, the display
becomes the load display compulsorily.

This lights on when the power turns on in the condition of HOLD signal ON.
By releasing from the HOLD signal, the display becomes the load display.
