1.3 Download documents, system software and tools
Before you start, download the documents and applications from the proprietary Mitel sites.
Proceed as follows to organize all downloads in a common folder:
1. Download the Documentation set from the Mitel document portal.
2.
If your Mitel SMB Controller does not have internet access, download the latest MiVoice
Business application software and the SMB Controller system software (for example, “Mitel-
SMBCv2_Management-1.3.0.25_Beryllium.zip”) from the Mitel Software Download Center
> MiVoice Business > MiVoice Business Release 10.0 > MiVB 10.0 > SMBC into the folder
named Mitel.
