the expectation is that the customer will migrate to use offboard Mitel Border Gateway, CloudLink
Gateway, and Mitel Performance Analytics Probe applications.
Note:
To migrate Mitel Border Gateway and CloudLink Gateway to SMB Controller platform,
you must use the Bulk Provisioning Export/Import method.
10.4.1 Offloading Mitel Border Gateway + CloudLink
Gateway
In order to migrate to and offboard Mitel Border Gateway and CloudLink Gateway:
1.
Take a backup via MSL.
2.
From AMC:
a.
Create a new ARID for MSL on SMB Controller and move MiVoice Business related
licenses to this new ARID.
b.
Create new another ARID for Mitel Border Gateway and move Mitel Border Gateway
related licenses to this new ARID.
c.
Delete the old ARID.
3.
Deploy offboard Mitel Border Gateway and CloudLink Gateway and synchronize with AMC.
a.
Restore the backup taken in the first step.
4.
From the SMB Controller:
a.
Remove the Mitel Border Gateway Blade and CloudLink Gateway from the SMB Controller.
b.
Synchronize with AMC using the new ARID.
5.
Reconfigure the integration between MiVoice Business and Mitel Border Gateway (SIP
Outbound Proxy) and teleworkers.
6.
Associate the new CloudLink Gateway with your CloudLink Account. Reconfigure the
integration between CloudLink Gateway and the Mitel Border Gateway.
10.4.2 Mitel Performance Analytics Probe
To migrate to and offboard Mitel Performance Analytics Probe:
1.
Deploy the new offboard Mitel Performance Analytics Probe.
2.
Remove the embedded Mitel Performance Analytics Probe.
