Note:
Of the 16 Voice Mail Ports available, it is recommended to provide 10 Ports for Voice
Mail to support 150 Users with the remaining four supporting Auto Attendant.
4.3.1.1 Number of Voice Mail or Auto Attendant Ports
ESM has set the Voice Mail or Auto Attendant Port Limits to these values for the SMB Controller:

4.3.1.2 Visual Voice Mail (VVM) Support in EMEM
Visual Voicemail (VVM) support for external applications is now extended in MiVB 10.0 to all
MiVoice Business on x86, SMB Controller, and EX except PPC platforms. This extension will be
used by external applications like MiCollab Enterprise and CloudLink solutions. The behavior of
the Visual Voice Mail feature remains the same as it was in the MiVoice Business 9.1 Release.
4.3.2 Trunks
The MiVoice Business on SMB Controller will support the regular accompaniment of IP Trunks,
SIP Trunks, and Analog Trunking.
R2 Trunks, T1 Trunks, E1 Trunks, and BRI are not supported.
Loop Tie and E&M FXO trunks are not supported.
4.3.3 Analog Loop Start (LS) Trunks
The hardware supports Analog Loop Start (LS) Trunks. The Analog Trunks can be designated
as CLASS Trunks as well. These and other specifications are defined in the CO Trunk Circuit
Descriptors Form.
