9.3 Integrate Applications
The MiVoice Border Gateway services are independent from the MiVoice Business. As a result,
the customer must manually configure/integrate these services:
•
Teleworkers
•
SIP Trunking with the MiVoice Border Gateway
•
Call Recording
To manually configure these services, use the MiVoice Business System Administrator Tool.
Note:
It is recommended to use the Initial Configuration Wizard to configure the MiVoice
Business and other applications on SMB Controller.
Note:
When using an offboard MiVoice Border Gateway with the CloudLink GateWay or
MiCollab, the embedded MiVoice Border Gateway on the SMB Controller can still be
used for SIP Trunking. Caution must be taken to ensure the MiVoice Border Gateway
resources remain within the 150 User limit.
MiVoice Business with the Mitel Performance Analytics Probe
The MiVoice Business and Mitel Performance Analytics Probe are independent applications.
The Mitel Performance Analytics Probe obtains a list of MiVoice Business to access from the
Mitel Performance Analytics Cloud Service. The customer is responsible for programming the
Mitel Performance Analytics Cloud Service accordingly. This occurs for both an embedded Mitel
Performance Analytics Probe and an offboard Mitel Performance Analytics Probe.
