The Mitel Performance Analytics Probe blade is an optional blade that provides integration with Mitel
Performance Analytics Cloud Service. For more information about Mitel Performance Analytics, see

Limitations:
•
The embedded Mitel Performance Analytics Probe is intended only to handle the functions and
Users of a single SMB Controller. Other applications such as an external MiVoice Business,
MiVoice Border Gateway, and so on require an additional external Mitel Performance Analytics
Probe. Larger deployments must use an additional offboard Mitel Performance Analytics Probe.
•
If the MiVoice Border Gateway/CloudLink Gateway are offboard, the Mitel Performance Analytics
Probe is expected to be offboard too.
•
A secondary probe is required for resiliency, along with a secondary MiVoice Business, secondary
MiVoice Border Gateway, and secondary CloudLink Gateway.
Networking
•
Mitel Performance Analytics Probe creates a Reverse VPN Tunnel back to the Mitel Performance
Analytics Cloud Service to ensure a secure connection for data transfer. The tunnel can also
provide secure access for remote management and maintenance from the Cloud Service. The VPN
Connection is via the customer's Internet Gateway.
