Maintenance
1.
Login to the SMB Controller Manager.
2.
From the left panel, select the Maintenance section and then click System reset.
3.
From the System reset window, click on the Restart button.
Note:
Restarting the MSL will reboot all the applications that run under the MSL
11.1.2 Shutting Down the SMB Controller
If the SMB Controller needs to be disconnected from the power supply, it must be shut down
in a controlled manner. This gives the applications time to save their data and to close. The
SMB Controller does not power down completely and will remain in the shut-down mode for 90
seconds before it starts up again automatically. You must remove the power cord during that
time. This procedure is described in chapter Shut-down mode.
11.2 Start/Stop/Restart/Uninstall the MSL Container
The MSL Container can be started/stopped by Controller Manager.

Navigate to Software > Applications.
2.
Under the Command column, select the operation via the drop down.
3.
Confirm the operation.
Wait for two minutes to complete the process, even if the process state in the SMB Controller
changes.
