Add items from the Purchase Order to the ARID.
Note:
The MSL part number must be among the first parts added to the ARID. This will
allow the AMC to provide the multi-product capabilities to the ARID

Optionally, add the ARID to a DLM

AMC will migrate only the MiVoice Business licenses from this ARID to the DLM. It will not
touch any non-MiVoice Business licenses.

Optionally, add the ARID to a ULM.

AMC will apply only to the UCC licenses that make sense to the ARID. This means only the
MiVoice Business and Mitel Border Gateway licenses from the UCC license.
