Fan speed based on load factor
The load factor is the ratio of load current to nominal current. If the load fac-
tor is less than the lower threshold, then the device uses the minimum fan
speed. If the load factor is greater than the upper threshold, then the device
uses the maximum fan speed. If the load factor is between the lower thresh-
old and upper threshold, then the device calculates the necessary speed us-
ing a straight line between both points S1 and S2.
