The motor protective switch has
been switched off manually (posi-
tion O).
Switch the motor protective switch back on (po-
sition I).
The motor protective switch been
has triggered by the monitoring

Check the monitoring system event messages.
Check the cause for the motor protective switch
triggering.
The motor protective switch was
triggered due to a short circuit of
overload of the motor circuit.
Check the motor circuit.
The motor protective switch was
triggered by an external switch at
the terminals X1:14/15.
Check the cause for the motor protective switch
being triggered by the external switch.
Emergency operation input
(X100)
▪ Event No. 1869
If the X100 bridge is inserted, the
blocking function is disabled.
Remove the X100 bridge to end emergency op-
eration.
Auxiliary contactor K100 is defec-
tive.
Check the function of auxiliary contactor K100.
Overcurrent input
▪ Event No. 1868
A signal is present at the overcur-
rent input.
Check signal source.
Wiring error Check wiring.
MD: Incorrect power supply fre-
quency during switching
▪ Event No. 1802
The power supply frequency did
not match the rated frequency of
the motor-drive unit during switch-
ing.
Check the motor-drive unit nameplate. Connect
a voltage supply with the correct frequency.
Contact wear calculation
▪ Event No. 1169
The contact wear cannot be calcu-
lated.
Export the service data and contact Maschi-
nenfabrik Reinhausen GmbH.
OLTC synchronization insuffi-
cient
▪ Event No. 1812
The tap changers do not switch
with sufficient synchronicity.
Set synchronous switching of the tap changers
in accordance with the operating instructions.
Tap-change operation without di-
verter switch operation
▪ Event No. 1807
A diverter switch operation was not
detected during the tap-change op-
eration.
Check the drive shaft, tap-change supervisory
control contacts S80/S81, relays K16/K17 and
the position-sensor wiring. Export service data.
