Warranty Registration List
The following documents must be returned to MultiCam in order for the warranty to be registered. Some
documents may not apply to every
MultiCam Laser.
* Laser Warranty Card
* Laser Chiller Warranty Card
* Fume Extraction Warranty Card
* MultiCam CNC Cutting System Warranty Card
These documents should be faxed or mailed to
MultiCam within 30 days of the machine delivery and
installation with the machine model and serial number, as well as the company information, included in the
correspondence.
