22-01-04 DIL/IRG No Answer Destination Timer
A call will ring the DIL destination for the specified amount of time pro-
grammed. Once the timer expires, and the call was not answered, the
call will now overflow to the destination set in PRG 22-08-01.
0 = No Overflow
1 ~ 64800 = 1 ~ 64800 seconds
(default = 0)
22-08-01 DIL/IRG No Answer Destination
After the timer in PRG 22-01-04 expires the call will be sent to the lo-
cation programmed within this program.
0 = No Setting
1 ~ 25 = Ring Group 1 ~ 25
102 = Voice Mail (Call goes to the
VM pilot assigned in PRG 45-01-01.)
Operation
To answer a call on your Direct Inward Line:
1. Lift the handset.
2. Press the flashing line key for DIL on the Multiline Terminal.
Pressing the flashing line key puts the first call on hold and answers the second incoming call.
This can be repeated until all incoming calls are answered.
If you have Ringing Line Preference, lift the handset to answer the call.
If you do not answer the call, it may ring other extensions (i.e., the DIL No Answer Ring Group).
To place a call on your Direct Inward Line:
1. Lift the handset.
2. At the Multiline Terminal, press the line key for DIL.
- OR -
Dial #9 and the DIL trunk number (e.g., 05).
- OR -
Dial 704 and the DIL trunk group number (e.g., 05).
- OR -
Dial 9 for Trunk Group Access.
3. Dial the number.
