Net Start command
Use the Net Start command to restart a specified service on a ser ial port.
The syntax for the Net Start command is as follows:
net start "[service-name]"
To invoke the Net Start command from Windows

Click Start → Programs → Accessories → Command Prompt.
Result: The Command Prompt window appears.

At the Command prompt, type net start "service_name",
and then press Enter.
Note: The quotation marks are required, as in the example
above.

Type Exit, and then press Enter to exit the Command Prompt
window.
