2.11.1 Quad serial port support
The serial ports support converting each 4-wire serial port into two independent 2-wire serial ports (for a total of four). When
enabled, the UART1_RTS_B/UART2_RTS_B signal becomes UART3_SIN/UART4_SIN and the UART1_CTS_B/UART2_CTS_B
signal becomes UART3_SOUT/UART4_SOUT. To evaluate UART3 and/or UART4, a custom DB9 interface cable must be
created, as shown in the following figure.
