Controls front-panel power-switch LEDs: when CTL.LED is set

AMASK
Alarm Mask Mode:
0= ALARM register reads return alarm status (normal).
1= ALARM register reads return the alarm mask.

XTEST
This bit directly drives the XTEST signal, typically driving an SMA connector. The function is user-defined.

BBOX
Boot-Box Mode:
0= PASS/FAIL LEDs operate normally.
1= Both PASS and FAIL are off. Software can clear this bit to report completion
of pass/fail testing (both off indicates testing in progress).

LED
Software Diagnostic LED Enable:
0= Diagnostic LEDs operate normally.
1= Software can directly control the M7:M0 monitoring LEDs using the LED register.
