3.24 Power Control/Status Registers
The power registers provide the ability to monitor general power status, as well as individual power status (for those supplies that
have reporting capability). Other registers provide limited power control features (most power control is through the PMBus/I2C
interface).

0= No action.
1= On the 0-to-1 transition, toggle the system power supply. The bit must be reset to zero before additional
power cycles can occur.
Qixis interfaces which are powered from system power (as opposed to standby power) cannot power-up
the system.
