Records must be kept of the results of device inspections as per §23. Proof of these inspec-
tions as per § 23 par. 1 and 2 can be provided e. g. by entering the inspection results in an
inspection log, by maintaining a file index or by affixing a test badge (giving inspection date
and inspection office).
Requirement for affixing the test badge: The device has no safety defects.
