The purpose of the inverse time is to automatically reduce the current limit in response to prolonged
overload conditions.

Inverse time clamp output level.
If the motor current exceeds an internal threshold of 110%, for greater than 10s, then the internal overload current limit begins to reduce linearly from
200% down toward 100% over a period of 60s.
If the motor current falls below 110% at any time during this process then the overload limit ramps up again at the same fixed rate.
This overload current limit is applied in addition to all other current limits and its value can be seen in the output parameter INVERSE TIME O/P.
