8. Hydraulic Clamping System
8.1 General
PERFECTA guillotines have an infinitely variable plunger piston hydraulic system with a
clamping force range adjustable within very wide limits.
For ordering designations of hydraulic components, please refer to the Operating Manual.

Z Clamping cylinder (plunger cylinder with fast speed piston)
VD1, VD1.1 Preclamping pressure control valve
VD2 Fast speed pressure control valve
VD3 Safety pressure valve
VDR Preclamping multiway throttle valve
RV1 Non-return valve
SRV Suction valve
STV Stop valve
F Filter
VW1 Proportional pressure valve
VW2 Multiway valve
