11.2 Computer control

11.2.1 Control module
The control module is the lower card of the piggyback card assembly which is located
either in the switch cabinet or in the electric compartment of the machine, depending
on the respective model. Power pack G1 (230 VAC/24 VDC) is responsible for the
power supply of the control module. From the voltage it provides, the 5 VDC processor
supply is produced on this card.

11.2.2 Safety module
The safety module is the upper, smaller card of the piggyback card which is located
either in the switch cabinet or in the electric compartment of the machine, depending
on the respective model. Power pack G1 (230 VAC/24 VDC) is responsible for the
power supply of the control module. From the voltage it provides, the 5 VDC processor
supply is produced on this card.
