The power circuit supply
voltage is out of its toler-
ance range.
Change the power circuit
supply voltage to a value
within the tolerance range.
Occuring
during
powering up.
The power circuit volt-
age supply is defective.
Replace the servo driver.
Load inertia is too high. The brake ramp is too short.
Calculate the generatoric
energy and connect an
external braking resistor of
sufficient capacity to take
up this generatoric energy.
Occuring
when the
servo motor is
decelerated.
The power circuit supply
voltage is exceeding its
tolerance range.
Reduce the power circuit
supply voltage to a value
within the tolerance range.
Overvolt-
age
Occuring
during the
downward
movement
(vertical axis).
The torque caused by
gravity is too high.
Install a counterweight on
the machine to reduce the
torque caused by gravity.
Reduce the downward
movement speed. Calcu-
late the generatoric energy
and connect an external
braking resistor of sufficient
capacity to take up genera-
toric energy.
Occuring
when the
control circuit
voltage supply
is being turned
on.
Control panel error. Replace the servo driver.
The power circuit sup-
ply voltage is out of its
tolerance range.
Change the power circuit
supply voltage to a value
within the tolerance range.
Low
voltage
Occuring
when the
power circuit
voltage supply
is being turned
on.
The power circuit volt-
age supply is defective.
Replace the servo driver.
