The encoder wiring is
loose or short-circuited.
Bad plug contact.
Correct the loose or short-
circuited connection.
Insert in the plug properly.
The encoder is not
properly wired up.
Correct the wiring.
The encoder has burnt. Replace the servo motor.
The servo driver has

Replace the servo driver.
