5.3.8 Frequency filtering
Measurement value filtering can be configured to suppress rotational speed overshoots or
EMC disturbances.
The measured rotational speed is then filtered before it is supplied to the monitoring func-
tions standstill or speed monitoring.
The filter can be configured as slow, average or fast.
NOTICE
Please note:
The reaction time after the limit value is exceeded, as specified in the tech-
nical details, is increased by filtering.
