Current Loop Test (Menu 59)
This menu is used to test the calibration of the current
loop and/or the devices connected to it. Refer to
Chapter 6 for detailed information and procedures on
current loop functions.
3.6.11 ALARMS SETUP MENUS
The
ALARMS
sub-menu contains the setup menus for
programming and viewing the flowmeter’s alarm
parameters. The DCT-7088 has four alarms which may
be programmed ON or OFF based on flow rate or
signal strength values. If the measured value of the
selected condition falls outside the alarm parameters,
the alarm is activated, causing the optional printer to
print the flow data and/or the alarm status.
Alarms Group Menu (Menu 70)
The Alarms Group Menu can be accessed by scrolling
to
ALARMS
on the Main Menu or by directly accessing
Menu 70. This menu is used as a convenient way to
access the two alarm setup menus (Menus 71 and 72).
To access the alarm setup menus, scroll to one of the
following selections in Menu 70 and press
ENTER

Program Alarms (Menu 71)
This menu is used to program the four alarms for the
DCT-7088. Each alarm is independently programmed.
