6. Insert the Moving Arm axle into the frame weldment. Hand thread the axle threads
and then use a 1/2 inch open end wrench to fully tighten the moving arm axle.
7. Reinstall the outrigger side tube assemblyy, see "Moving Arm Replacement" on
page175..
8. Set the Connecting Lower Link into the Moving Arm lower end mounting bracket.
Secure using the two removed bolts and fully tighten.
