9. Reinstall the lower ramp pivot mount onto the frame mounting bracket. Secure using
the two ramp lower pivot mounting bolts (2x), pivot sleeves (2x), flat washers (2x),
wave washers (2x) and flat washes (2x). Torque bolts to 480 in-lbs (40 ft-lbs, 54.2
Nm)
10. Switch the power “ON”.
11. Start a manual Workout. Operate the INCLINE controls through the minimum to max-
imum limits while verifying normal incline operation.
12. Switch the power “OFF”.
13. Reinstall all removed covers, see "Covers and Panels Replacement" on page75.
14. Verify full operation and return to service, see ().
