6. Remove the ramp left and right pivot bracket to main frame weldment fastener hard-
ware (bolt, pivot sleeve bushing, flat washer, wave washer, non-split wave washer,
flat washer) and remove the ramp pivot bracket.
Installation
7. Place the ramp pivot bracket onto the main frame weldment and secure using the
fastener hardware (flat washer non-split wave washer, wave washer, flat washer,
pivot sleeve bushing, bolt). Torque

bolt to 480 in-lbs (40 ft-lbs, 54.2 Nm).

Torque is a measure of the force that can cause an object to rotate about an axis. Bolt/nut
example: 5 NM torque is equivalent to 5 newton's of force applied one meter from the center
of the bolt, 6 ft-lb is equivalent to 6 lbs of force applied 1 foot away from the center of the
bolt.
