Uplinktrafficiscompletelyunpredictable.Again,inthecaseofaverybusylinkwithother
linksrelativelyidle,theHBSwillallocateextrauplinktimeslotstothebusylink fromfreepool
only.Ifalloftheuplinktimeslotsar eallocated,thenSBMwi ll notoperateintheuplink
direction.
