Instrument initialisation
The (factory) default setting of the HP8657 is applied when
o applying a DCL, SDC to the GPIB interface.
o transmitting the first command after activating this emulation mode.
The following table shows the (factory) default setting, applied by the SM*’s
emulation software.

Status reporting
