Set the number of receive buffers.
Set a value of 0 to 16.

Modify the RMNB register only in global reset mode.
• NRXMB[4:0] Bits
These bits are used to set the total number of receive buffers of the CAN module.
The maximum value is 16.
Setting these bits to all 0 makes receive buffers unavailable.
