Note: At the present time, SP8-311 and SP8-315 perform identical counts.

8 31x 4 200dpi to 399dpi
8 31x 5 < 199dpi
Copy resolution settings are fixed so they are not counted.
The Fax application does not allow finely-adjusted resolution settings so no count is
done for the Fax application.
