No Go to the next step.
7. In [Detailed settings] for custom paper, select 1331-06: [Jam Detection], and then check
the value for [Paper Edge Detection].
If [Paper Edge Detection] is set to "+5", set Detect/Control JAM047/097/098 in
JAM047/080/097/098/099 to [Off].
If not, go to the next step.
8. Increase the value for [Paper Edge Detection] by one step.
9. Print and check if J097 has been resolved.
Yes Finished!
No Start over from Step 8.
If the problem persists even after increasing the value to "+5," there is no other
solution.
• If the skew detection level is lowered or the skew detection is turned off, excessive skew or shifting
