Cause:
When paper is continuously fed face-down, the contact/separation roller of the exit switchback roller
becomes stained as it repeats contact and separation, and the stain adheres to the paper when the
contact/separation roller comes into contact with the paper.
Occurrence conditions:
This is prone to occur when halftone images are printed.
Solution:
Clean the switchback roller.

This occurs when granular toner stains adhere to the roller of the switchback unit during paper delivery
and the stains adhere to the print image.

When printing on coated paper with a thickness of Paper Weight 2
