Cause:
When paper is continuously fed face-down, the contact/separation roller of the exit switchback roller
becomes stained as it repeats contact and separation, and the stain adheres to the paper when the
contact/separation roller comes into contact with the paper.
Occurrence conditions:
This is prone to occur when halftone images are printed.
Solution:
Clean the switchback roller.
