2. If the problem persists, increase the room temperature (to 20°C or higher) and leave the
machine idle for 30 minutes or longer.
• Increasing the room temperature eases the increase in resistance of the charge roller and
reduces the lack of charge, thereby reducing the potential difference.
3. If the problem still persists, turn the anti-condensation heater on.
• Turn the anti-condensation heater on to keep the temperature inside the machine high even
after the power is turned off.
4. If the problem still persists, contact your service representative.
