White Spots or Scratches due to Paper Dust
Cause:
White spots or scratches occur due to paper dust.
Depending on the amount of paper dust and the type of paper, scratches may occur.
Solution:
Clean the main unit's paper dust case, transfer timing roller, and the transport guide plates for the paper
path from paper feeding up to paper delivery.
This problem can be resolved by cleaning the paper feed guides from the paper feed tray, where the
paper affected with white spots or scratches is loaded, up to the paper delivery route, including the exit
switchback unit and duplex printing paper path.
