Description
Enable or disable the fine adjustment function of the vertical scale of the specified analog channel; or
query the current status of the fine adjustment function of the vertical scale of the specified analog
channel.

Explanation
By default, the fine adjustment function is disabled. At this point, you can only set the vertical scale in
1-2-5 step; namely 500uV/div, 1mV/div, 2mV/div, 5mV/div, 10mV/div…10V/div. When the fine adjustment
function is enabled, you can further adjust the vertical scale within a relatively smaller range to improve
vertical resolution. If the amplitude of the input waveform is a little bit greater than the full scale under
the current scale, and the amplitude would be a little bit lower if the next scale is used, fine adjustment
can be used to improve the amplitude of waveform display to view signal details.
