Exchange user-replaceable parts
8 Remove the glass syringe barrel and remove the O-ring that fits below the
syringe barrel. Place both components in a safe place.
a To expose the syringe seal
1 Turn the syringe holder upside down and expose the plunger retaining
screw.
2 Apply a spanner wrench to the plunger retaining screw and turn the screw
counterclockwise until it is loose.
3 Turn the syringe holder right side up and carefully lift the syringe holder
from the plunger. Leave the plunger intact.
