PATTERN DELAY
171
PATTERN DELAY
Ø “Delay Parameters(P.171)”
Switches the delay on/off.
Delay parameters
Configure the parameters of the selected delay type.
The available parameters differ depending on the type of delay you selected in Type.
Ø “Delay Parameters(P.171)”
Specifies the output level of the sound with delay applied.
Specifies the send level to the reverb.
Delay Parameters
OFF
Turns the effect off.
Delay
This is a stereo delay.
If this is ON, the delay synchronizes with the tempo.
Adjusts the delay time from the direct sound until the delay sound is heard.
Feedback
Adjusts the proportion of the delay sound that is fed back into the effect. Negative (-) settings
will invert the phase.
HF Damp
200–8000 [Hz],
BYPASS (*1)
Adjusts the frequency above which sound fed back to the effect is filtered out. If you don’t want
to filter out any high frequencies, set this parameter to BYPASS.
T-Ctrl Dly (Time Control Delay)
This is a delay in which the delay time can be varied smoothly.
If this is ON, the delay synchronizes with the tempo.
Adjusts the delay time from the direct sound until the delay sound is heard.
Acceleration
When you change the delay time, this specifies the time over which the current delay time
changes to the specified delay time.
This affects the speed of pitch change as well as the delay time.
Feedback
Adjusts the proportion of the delay sound that is fed back into the effect. Negative (-) settings
will invert the phase.
HF Damp
200–8000 [Hz],
BYPASS (*1)
Adjusts the frequency above which sound fed back to the effect is filtered out. If you don’t
want to filter out any high frequencies, set this parameter to BYPASS.
Delay Ó Trem (delay Ó tremolo)
Tremolo is applied to the delay sound.
Input
The sound is input in stereo.
If this is ON, the delay synchronizes with the tempo.
Adjusts the delay time from the direct sound until the delay sound is heard.
Feedback
Adjusts the proportion of the delay sound that is fed back into the effect. Negative (-)
settings will invert the phase.
HF Damp
200–8000 [Hz],
BYPASS (*1)
Adjusts the frequency above which sound fed back to the effect is filtered out. If you don’t
want to filter out any high frequencies, set this parameter to BYPASS.
