9 ROWE COST TRACKER / CENTER
APP
By means of the ROWE COST TRACKER APP all scan/print and – if applicable – folding
operations can be collected and evaluated so that a precise breakdown of the accruing
costs is possible. The ROWE COST CENTER APP extends those features by and account
management which allows the preparation of precise accounting and a limitation of
device use if required.
The ROWE COST TRACKER APP records all relevant data of a scanning, printing and/or
folding operation are and provides the results in a table in ROWE ConfigManager for
evaluation (see Chapter 9.2).
The ROWE COST CENTER APP provides a clearly more extensive scope of functions in
which a comprehensive user and cost center management is included allowing precise
breakdown and accounting of the costs caused by use of the device. Moreover, use of
devices by user and cost center can be limited by setting limits.
