Self-Test
Various components of the ER-260EJ/ER-265EJ are tested by using this program.
1. Move the key to the S lock position to display the Service Mode menu.
2. With “SELF TEST” displayed, Press CASH.

1.BATCH TEST
3. You can now use the CHARGE1 and the CHARGE2 keys to scroll up and down
through the Self Test menu. Or, if you already know the menu number of the Service
Mode function you with to perform, you can enter the digit (1-6) directly. The following
self-tests are available:
1.BATCH TEST
2.PRINTER
3.DISPLAY
4.KEYBOARD
5.INTERFACE
6.RTC
4. Press CASH to generate your selected self-test. Follow instructions on the display to
complete the tests.
