To install LeanSteer frame:
1. MakesureSegwayPTispoweredoffand
unplugged.
2. SlideLe
anSteerframeontopivotassembly.

Fastenermustgothroughnotchinpivot
assembly.
6. Tightenfastener(206
31‐00001)to11.0N‐m

7. MoveLeanSteerframefullyleftandright,
untilittoucheseachfender,andensure
LeanSteerframereturnstoastraight‐up
position.IfLeanSteerframedoesnotreturn
toastraight‐upposition,loosenwedge
clampfastenerandreturntoStep5.See

If LeanSteer frame makes a clunking or popping
sound when moved, frame was not properly
aligned when torqued. Loosen LeanSteer frame
(without removing), realign, and retorque.
