OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS | Master Data Analyzer
Bringing the measurement gantry to the start / end position and securing it in place
1. Move the measurement gantry to the start position on the controller housing.

In this position, the measuring wire from the wire draw encoder is fully retracted. The
wire draw system is protected against damage by the covering plate.
2. Use cable ties to secure the handles of the measurement gantry so that it does not
move accidentally during the cleaning process.
Removing the glass panel
1. Unscrew and remove the four knurled screws which are used to mount the glass panel
on the four connecting bolts of the weighing cells.

2. Carefully remove the glass panel from the connecting bolts. A second person should
support you in doing this.
Mounting the replacement panel
1. Carefully place the replacement panel back on the four connecting bolts.
2. Re-tighten the four knurled screws.
3. Release the measurement gantry from its fixing.
Performing teach-in
It is recommended that the teach-in is performed once the internal housing area is
opened. Refer to chapter 7.9.2.3 Performing teach-in.
