Interruption of the ET 200pro backplane bus
Separate diagnostics for bus interruption: USI = W#16#0001
If the ET 200pro does not start up, the causes can include:
One or several missing modules
Terminating module missing
Number of modules exceeds maximum configuration
Backplane bus fault (for example, defective bus module)
If the data exchange is interrupted, the causes can include:
At least two modules (compared to a missing module, this is no longer a gap, but rather a
loose backplane bus)
Terminating module missing
Backplane bus fault (for example, defective bus module)
ET 200pro backplane bus interruptions do not trigger an interrupt.
You can read this information with STEP 7 in SIMATIC Manager via "Accessible nodes" in
the "Module information" window. This requires that the programming device is available in
the PROFINET subnet. The information is displayed in text format.
