1.5.6 Batch planning
With BATCH flexible you can plan in batches in tabular form. A condition of
this is that the Batch Planning application is used.
With this application you can carry out the following individual functions:
S Planning batches:
– Batch planning list
– Creating, editing batches
– Editing, releasing batches
S Production orders /entries and implementation in batches:
– Interactive insertion of production orders
– Importing production orders
– List of production orders
– Creating, editing production orders
– Conversion of production orders into batches
S Checking and if necessary modifying equipment allocations:
– Equipment overviews (tree) displays an overview of equipment
allocations
– Cancel multiple allocation of equipment (for example, by shifting
starting times)
Batch planning also makes it possible to specify a particular sequence for
batch processing by means of chaining batches (specification of the
preceding batch). For example, a cleaning batch provided before or after a
production batch.
